The West is too late. The General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russia has strengthened its positions and accumulated reserves

Lieutenant General Igor Romanenko said that in conditions of a lack of aviation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will try to inflict damage to the Russian army with artillery systems, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

If there is no aviation, Ukraine will solve the issues of striking at the expense of barrel and rocket artillery. This will be necessary for offensive actions,” the general said.

The enemy’s defense has strengthened, we asked the allies to resolve this issue in the fall. If our partners would then have provided us with weapons, then Russia’s defense would not be so powerful now,” Romanenko said.

He stressed that in the context of the announced offensive, it is important to understand that Russia has quite serious reserves.

We need to realize that Russia, as an aggressor country, has power in the form of a human resource. It is not only about partial mobilization, which is now being carried out secretly.  Russia wants to make a one and a half million group,” Romanenko fears.
