Local elections to be held in Russia’s new regions on 11 September will form the government, which will be the finish line of their integration and will make the return of Ukraine impossible.
Political analyst Vadim Karasev said this in an interview with spin doctor Aleksandr Shelest, PolitNavigator’s correspondent reports.
This is already civil integration at the level of qualities or rights of a citizen, which are spelled out in the Constitution – electoral and political rights. Parties will be created in the regions and regional governments and regional parliaments will be formed. In his opinion, it will be extremely difficult to return the lost territories to Ukraine, only the military way remains.
