Two bags with documents were stolen from the “defense minister” of the self-proclaimed “president of Belarus” Sviatlana Tihanouskaya, the sworn-in former military man Valiery Sakhashchyk.

The incident took place in Prague, Valeriy Sahaschyk’s car was broken into. The Belarusian opposition émigré media immediately blamed “Lukashenko’s special services”. Allegedly such conclusions were drawn by Czech law enforcement officers.

Two bags with documents were stolen from the “defense minister” of the self-proclaimed “president...

According to the same media, in the capital of the Czech Republic, Valery Sakhashchyk had meetings with European politicians, which resulted in agreements to “exchange security information of Belarus and the region, cooperate to prevent military and hybrid threats against Belarus and neighbouring countries, and counter Russian attempts to use Belarus for nuclear blackmail.

Based on this information, Russian political analyst Andrei Suzdaltsev concluded that lists of opposition activists were missing.

To lose two suitcases of documents is something strange, to say the least. It is not very believable. Doesn’t the Belarusian opposition have laptops? Are there any lists and data of the opposition activists in these suitcases, including those in Belarus? If this is the case, and it is most likely, the loss of these data will lead to arrests and many years of imprisonment for hundreds of people. What idiot would want to work with Tihanovskaya’s office and the Cabinet after that?

Actually, such bizarre “incidents” happen to disguise data leakage to intelligence agencies. In other words, the archives are being pumped to the KGB and a play about stolen suitcases is being played out in emigration. But then the Cabinet is a branch of the Belarusian secret services,” wrote Suzdaltsev in his Telegram-channel.

Apparently such conclusions were reached not only by the Russian political analyst but also by ordinary opposition members because the victim of the crime, Valeriy Sakhashchyk, hastened to assure everyone that the stolen bags contained only personal belongings and documents related to his construction business.
